Savage LearningRx Wins Three Awards
at National Convention
Colorado Springs, Colorado – The Savage LearningRx center was presented with the Community Impact Award, the 2010 Customer Service Award, and the Pacesetter Award at the company’s 2010 national convention held in Colorado Springs recently.
“We’re proud of the tremendous accomplishments of our Savage team,” says LearningRx Vice President of Research and Development, Tanya Mitchell. “They are impacting hundreds of lives in Minnesota with their commitment to improving the way people learn.”
According to Mitchell, the 2010 Customer Service Award is based on a franchisee’s Net Promoter Score (NPS), which indicates the likelihood an individual would recommend the business to a friend. “NPS was developed by business loyalty expert Fred Reichheld,” explains Mitchell. “By following his methods, we’re increasing customer satisfaction and improving our business.”
The Community Impact Award is determined by a center’s number of students in a year. “The dedication exemplified by our Savage team is one of the reasons we are growing so rapidly,” says Mitchell.
The Pacesetter Award is given to the center with the most outstanding growth among first-year franchises.
“In Minnesota and throughout the nation, our learning centers are experiencing phenomenal success,” says Mitchell. “We intend to continue increasing profitability while improving the cognitive skills of people everywhere.”
LearningRx centers help individuals of all ages and performance levels. Unlike tutoring or computer-based programs that focus on behavior management or specific academic skills, LearningRx provides brain training that improves skills like memory, attention and processing speed. It does for mental abilities and the brain what exercise does for the body.www.LearningRx.com
