Brain Training Magazine – Fall 2010
“Billy Simpson was a bright 15-year-old kid who was struggling through high school. College was out of the question. Now, Billy is a bright young man who is excelling in his junior year at a major university and looks forward to a lifetime of opportunities and success. What happened?”
Brain training: what is it? How does it work? Our 12-page Fall 2010 Brain Training Magazine answers those questions, and more, with charts of our results, diagrams showing how learning happens, and real-life stories of success.
TBI Brochure
“Headaches, memory loss, inability to concentrate, irritability and depression – these symptoms are the daily reality of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), a condition that leaves victims and their families struggling to know what to do next… Our training rebuilds the delicate neural pathways…” This brochure provides answers about TBI and shows that brain training makes a difference in the lives of those who suffer with traumatic brain injury.

Just as each student is different, each struggle present different symptoms – and has different causes. Because of this, our approach is individual-based. We treat the root causes, rather than the symptoms, of learning struggles.
Smarter Brochure
“Recent LearningRx students who initially tested at two years below age equivalency gained an average of 5.22 years across nine essential learning skills after our cognitive training.” This brochure focuses on the basics of brain training – what it is and how it works. “At LearningRx, we make people smarter by strengthening the skills that make up IQ.” Includes testimonials, symptoms of learning struggles, and a diagram of the way the brain processes information.
Testing Brochure
“Justin’s parents could see the symptoms of his struggle, what they didn’t know was the real cause behind them. In middle school Justin acted frustrated and withdrawn. Tutors and after-school programs produced little success. He hated reading and rebelled when forced to try. His grades were barely passing, except in art class. In art, he thrived and kept a sketchbook with him most of the time.” Testing revealed to Justin’s parents that his cognitive skills in word attack and auditory processing were low – resulting in his reading problem. Once the test showed what was wrong, knowing how to help was easy.
