Chanhassen LearningRx Wins Top Award at National Convention
Colorado Springs, Colorado – The Chanhassen LearningRx center was presented with the 2010 Community Impact Award at the company’s national convention held in Colorado Springs recently.
“We’re proud of the tremendous accomplishments of our Chanhassen team,” says LearningRx Vice President of Research and Development, Tanya Mitchell. “They are impacting hundreds of lives in Minnesota with their commitment to improving the way people learn.
According to Mitchell, the 2010 Community Impact Award is determined by a center’s number of students in a year. “The dedication exemplified by our Chanhassen team is one of the reasons we are growing so rapidly,” says Mitchell.
Colorado Springs-based LearningRx was one of the fastest-growing franchise systems in the country. In the last five years, LearningRx has added more than 50 franchises to its system.
In Minnesota and throughout the nation, LearningRx centers are experiencing phenomenal success. “We intend to continue increasing profitability while improving the cognitive skills of people everywhere,” says Mitchell.
LearningRx centers help individuals of all ages and performance levels. Unlike tutoring or computer-based programs that focus on behavior management or specific academic skills, LearningRx provides brain training that improves skills like memory, attention and processing speed. It does for mental abilities and the brain what exercise does for the body.www.LearningRx.com
